My car an LS or Special Edition?

this is pretty embarassing but... im unsure of what type of integra i have. i was never much of an acura guy before i bought it. i knew more about the hondas despite them nearly being the same. but anyways when i bought my teg a little over a month ago the sticker on the car called it an Integra LS Special Edition. the badge on the back says Special Edition but the guy at the auto parts store was saying that the special edition had the cold badges which mine doesnt. its got the leather and power windows and the power sun roof and the those fairly nice 15" stock rims along with the little spoiler. so i guess its actually a special edition then right?

It sounds like you have an SE, I'm 99% sure you couldn't get an LS with leather, only GSR's and SE's.

I'm pretty sure you can get the gold package as an option on ANY Integra, or any Acura for that matter, or any Toyota, or any Honda, or any Nissan, ect. Lots of dealerships offer the gold package on their cars. That guy didn't know what he's talking about.

ill get some more pics once i finish up my exhaust. the last of it is supposed to arrive today... but i may need a gasket for the header still cause the place i got it from are idiots. anyways ill have some once its on and i hit the car wash

God I love silver Integras! But you gotta get rid of the pinstriping.

If your car's an SE, the VIN's 8th digit will be a 6. If it's an LS, it will be a 5. I own a 1995 Integra Helm's manual, which has a VIN decoder.

ok ive come to the conclusion of it being an SE. so is there any difference between the two other then like the leather and stuff? now of course i know its not VTEC... but what about the chassis? because i ordered an exhaust and its too short... but its on. doesnt fit quite right but its on (details in another thread). but i swear that when ordering stuff the RS GS LS SE were all grouped together and then there were parts for the GS-R and then for the Type R. but on the box for the parts its just RS GS LS and theres no SE. so is the chassis on the SE different in some way? and in your opinions which is better...the LS or SE? (just curious)

the only things different on the SE compared to the LS are cosmetics. theres no difference in the chassis etc.

thats good to hear. but now i see you have your teg down as an LS special edition which brings me back to where i was in the begining with the window sticker at the dealer calling it that but no where else does. now im a bit confused again. is the SE just technically an LS Special Edition??? are they the same thing or is theres still something im missing here?
