My 94 LS

Hey guys, I've been browsing this forum for a while and decided to join today. I recieved this 94 Milano Red LS for my 17th birthday last year. My parents got her from a small dealer in Fontana for $2800.

I received her Bone stock everything minus the "17 MSRs she sat on.

Here's a few pics of when I first brought her home 2/14/10:

A pic while at school 5/22/10, sold the MSRs to a friend for $150 plus steelies. Those rims were rubbing on the inside hardcore

About a week after the school pic was taken she took a hit to the rear driver's side while parked. Drunk driver, go figure. Cracked Tail, Quater Panel Dent, and were the bumper mounts up to was bent. Unfortunately I lost the pic over the months. My mother received $1,988.62 for the hit from the guys insurance. None of it was used on my Teg, instead she used the money to fund our business at the swapmeet. Which I was cool with.

Drove her for the rest of the summer and fall as is with that ugly scar. But I got her a couple of parts during that time:

A generic air filter:

and some JDM amber signal lights:

Then I was driving home from helping my mom with the laundry at the laundromat, Stopped at the light to take the left turn to get home. 1 block away from home, the green arrow flashes and as I took the left turn, half way a SUV hits me on the passenger front. I stop, he stops, backs up, and hits me again as he tries to get off the street. He pulls off to the side of the street, gets out of the SUV and approaches while i was calling my parents. Cops and my Mom show up, after everything I leave with a ticket for driving unaccompanied with just a permit, in the tow truck with my Teg.

The next morning I have a talk with my auto shop teacher to discuss my options. He tells me to tow it to school so he can look at it. Come home early after completing my finals and snap a quick pic:

12/16/10

After Winter Break, My homie Nick tows my Teg to the school with Triple A for free :). My auto shop teacher takes a look at it and tells me all the damage is fixable and can help me make it look decent. Damage: Whole suspension on the passenger side front, front bumper, passenger fender, side skirt, door, moldings, a huge dent in the rear quarter panel, and the side mirror.

Ill add more later and post up pics of the rebuild that started 2/10/11

did you get his insurance to cover the repairs?
Yes, but my mother and him settled that they were gonna let their own insurance cover themselves. So far all the repairs have come out of my pocket.

@jdmjim Thanks!, I appreciate it.

@01FTW Insurance that my mother is on doesn't know since I can fix the damage and it stays Clean Title. And yes he was at fault since he ran the light while his was on red.

@NuttyNutz That's what I hope for, I will save her.

@rockadilla tell me about it, Its almost done, just need a few more parts.

@8-bit Thanks!

@Samurai_Blue Thank you!

@white89hatch LOL, smokey's face is priceless.

Ok so the rebuild started on 2/10/11, I handed my auto shop teacher $300 to start off repairs. We decided to go ahead and start on the suspension first. So I gathered the more experienced classmates in my 5th period auto and begun stripping parts, getting it ready for the swap. By the begining of 6th period we had this

Sorry for the crappy quality, was taken from the camera on my G1. We had 6th period with nothing major to do, so we decided to kill time by taking the messed up fender and front bumper off. The lip was salvageable so here's my homie Gio taking it off

And by the end of 6th period we had this:

So we waited for the suspension to make its way from the Pyrite Pick a Part to the school. Due to complications it took till Tuesday the 15th to get here. So we took the swap apart, exchanged the better looking ball joint onto the steering knuckle that was going into my Teg. Then a quick two coat spray of cheap black paint to pretty them up.

My friend Kevin helping me spray the upper control arm.

All the parts were painted so it was time to get to work and bolt them up. By the end of the day we had this:

Wednesday, I had the opportunity to come up on some Fat Fives for $100 and steelies w/tires. So I seized it and got 'em. I thought it was a good deal since people with Fat Fives in the same condition usually want $300 + Steelies in my area. They were painted, 2 wheels had about 10 coats of white, black, and bronze, the others had about 6 of Black, white, and green. So I Went to Wal-Mart and bought x3 3M Doubled paint and rust stripper air drill attachments and went to work on them.

And that was just one wheel, took me about 3 hours. Corners were really hard to get to so I'm just going to sand them down and paint over them with silver or black paint and polish the face and lip on all of them.
So I got my friends to help me out with the wheels:

Friday rolled around and we prepped the inside to get to the dent in the quarter panel.

And so far this is all Me and my friends have achieved. More to come, Stay Tuned.

Bringing the Integra to a halt. I've managed to scrap enough funds together to fix her up. 4 Months with no car sucked. About 2 weeks before my high school graduation I finished up the body by stud welding and minimal bondo. Then sent her off to be repainted with G-82P Cypress Green Pearl because the MR was attracting too much unwanted attention. OEM replacement parts and a new paint job drilled a massive hole in my pocket. Couldn't even afford to polish the Fat Fives. I'll be selling her on Clist soon to pay for a newer ride. Here are the final pics
