Mugen Spoiler Fitment

Ive been thinking about doing something with my spoiler for a while, and then i stumbled upon this mugen spoiler showed in the pic below wich im sure some of you might have seen before.
My question is, does it fit the integra without having to do any other modification? any info is very much appreciated.

It'll work. You just need to use custom brackets.

sorry to thread jack but are those mr2 kouki tail lights on that dc2 or do they offer those lights for our cars....i am loving that look
