Mudflap Help

Hey all, i recently purchased a set of OEM mudflaps for $30, guy told me they were off a 98 2dr integra. The code on them is ST7. I have a 99 DB integra. Went to put them on today and i noticed the fronts didnt fit perfectly in my opinion, there is a small gap where the side of the door starts becoming the underside of the door. Not a big gap just a little one. So what im asking is, should they fit? and do mudflaps fit perfect?

Family friends just visited and one of them is an acura technician and he said they were just deformed slightly because of their age. Really random coincidence , so this thread is useless. Mod can delete.
