More wheel problems...

So my lugs kept falling off. I replaced the wheel studs. Still came off. Found out I was using acorn lugs instead of ball seat lugs. Remounted all the wheels with the new lugs and STILL I get a steady "bump bump bump" when braking or even coasting. It is specifically noticeable between 10mph and 30mph. I did notice that my rim, lugs, and caliper were very hot on my driver's side. Passenger side was a normal temp. The driver's side lugs and caliper are almost too hot to touch. Could this be the culprit of my steady bumping through the steering wheel and pedals? Please help me... I haven't been able to really drive my teg for weeks because I don't want something to happen :(

Are the rotors warped? How old are the pads, how old is the brake fluid and lines? What are said pads, lines and fluid?

That's pretty strange

a bent axle will give you a wobble as well.

Sticky calipers. Jack it up and see if there is resistance while spinning the wheel that is "hot" after driving. This would most likely have resulted in warped rotors, which is the thumping you hear while braking.

I had a bmw that had that problem, but it's not the same bumping noise. My thinking is that the caliper is bad and heating up so much that is is making the lugs come off. I think I am going to replace the whole braking system on the front end and see where that takes me. I'm out of a job right now though, so it's tough... I'm considering selling :(
