I have a 91 integra ls i bought it in pretty rough shape and have been putting it back together Lil by Lil but im having a hard time locating the fuse panel for under the steering wheel so that i can change all the right things cause after all my work the power seat belts still don't work and it is kinda irritating. Can someone lend a hand please.

if it isnt in the engine bay, i heard its under ur b pillar, like if you were to sit down in your driver seat its to your left behind the panel there, but thats only if 94mark isnt right

There are two under the hood. (right and left) and then there is one under the dash. It isn't for the belts though. I've said it a few times. I can't remember what it's called. Run a search for seat belt fuse and you'll probably find my thread, and the threads I've replied to about it.
