Matte Dark Green

How much do you think it would cost for a shop to primer my 94 Teg in a dark green color. I have a lot of plans for my teg. I wanna get it painted matte green, then get a carbon fiber spoiler, hood, and lip. Then I want black rims and fully tinted windows. And yellow tinted head lights. I think that would look so badass. What do you guys think?

CF hood and spoiler go with the painted polyurethane lip and only tint the high beams yellow and put some 6000k HIDs in the headlights as for the tinted windows 20% all around or 5% in the back and driver and pass at 20% or 35% make sure you get some amber turn signals for the front too
