Major Fuel Problem

I swapped out my injectors because my car was running a little ragged and eating gas so I thought it might have been the injectors. Replaced them and now fuel is dumping out of my exhaust. Im not sure if somehow the injectors are all stuck open.the motor is completely flooding. I have replaced the ecu, fpr, the resistor box, and the cluster of sensors that are by it. Is their a special injector ground? Because the only ground I know of is off of the harness and it is connected and fine. the only thing left is the fuel pump, but I have never heard of a fuel pump going out and pushing too much, its always not enough. If anyone has any idea or has had this problem could you please help me out

Potentially a bad O2, causing you to run in open loop all the time.

I have spark. I changed the pressure regulator already and that wasnt it . I have another O2 sensor im going to try out tomorrow.hopefully that will solve the problem cause thats really one of the only things left . but it seems like it would have to be something electrical right?

This sounds like your fuel return line might be clogged. This is the hose that leaves your regulator.
