Maintenance required Light

I have a 95 SE automatic. I have less then 75thousand on the car. Yesturday My Maintenacne Required Light came on. the car is running fine. Anyone havey any Idea why it would be on? Or should I jsut take it to Acua and Find out.

change your oil and reset it. the button is under the steering wheel. its like blue or green. turn the ignition to the on position and hold it down till the light goes off. its mainly just an oil monitor

the light usually come on every around 7000k-7500lk miles i think nothing bad just oil changing time.
