Main Relay question?

Does your car start better in cold weather than hot weather? Do you always hear your fuel pump kick on when ignition switch is turned? If you do then pull out the main relay open it up and look to see if there are any cracks in the soldering points. Those are a few things to look for.

It always started fine till it started overheating on me and I left it parked then the day after that I replaced my thermostat and it wouldn't crank. From what I've read it could be the main relay. I toook it out and to me around some of the soldering on the circuit board look like burnt spots. I've looked it up and a new one runs about $50 so ima go ahead and replace it since I know Hondas are known for these going bad. I just hope that fixes my problem
