so I have a lot of haters and nay sayers about my build that im doing, it has a purpose behind it so I don't really care about what people think. everyone wants me to boost my car but its not very practical for what im going to be using my car for but I was just thinking about maybe I could run a wet system of maybe 75 or 100 shot. but my question is do you think my bottom end would be capable of holding it? I have a b18b1 bottom end with ls rods that have been shot peened, and p73 usdm type r pistons and a gsr head that has a basic valve job, I don't plan to use it unless I go out to the drag strip or if some douche bag in a v8 or something decides they want to run on the highway lol, any thoughts?

Of coarse you can. Air is air, doesn't matter if it comes from a turbo, super charger or bottle. As long as it has enough fuel and goes zap at the right time it can be safe. Just needs to be tuned.

I wouldn't but if I was too run nitrous id use a small 50 shot. If your not planning on upgrading internals then I'd recommend staying away. But if you use it like once a month then go for it. But is it worth $500 of nitrous to go fast once a month?

Look at this guy, he became a self taught gearhead in under 20 minutes. Everything he speaks of, he hasn't experienced.

our local pepboys just opened a speed shop and they sell a "nos" nitrous kit for like 700 bucks. its a universal kit and they guy said itll have everything I need to hook it up, then my best friend got a job there so I can get a discount on it:)

I nitrous can be a good source of reliable power. But you will need a good tuner which will not be cheap if you want your lsvtec to last more than 6 months. IMO the best motor for reliability that can handle nitrous is the LS motor, since I had that setup before.

the guy im having tune my car is the best in the north texas area from what I hear, hes very reputable and hes tuned quite a few of my friends car, included my friends boosted accord and a euro h22 swapped lude. and hes gonna build the turbo kit and tune my buddys turbo lsv as well.
