LS/Vtec

I have a 96 Acura Integra Ls and im trying to go LS/Vtec.
Im new to eveyrthing but im a quick learner.

Have any suggestions?

and you will need a vtec head, civic si, gsr, or type R, secondly you will need golden eagle ls vtec kit.

thanks for the help but i have a few more questions.
my LS motor was rebuilt and has about 90k miles and im wondering if thats a good amount for a LS/Vtec conversion or if i should just get a b16 swap because im looking to boost in near future.

LS on boost = sick.

If not swap a ITR motor and go all motor with all.

ls vtec is quite expensive if you want it reliable. if you dont know what your doing youll end up paying more fixing problems that occur. but i dont know what experience you have with engines

leak down or compression test should be able to tell you whether or not your motor is healthy versus using mileage as an estimate.
