Ls/Vtec or Rebuild and Boost?

Okay, first off, im new to the forums and to my DC4 (i own a DC5 and soon an 07 TSX). My question is... in your guys' opinions which would be better; doing the ls/vtec conversion and what not, OR, rebuilding my engine and buying a turbo kit for it? Do they have compatible kits for just an LS? I am new to boost, and cannot afford a K20 or B18c. I am on a budget so i guess im just asking for your guys' thoughts and which would be the better way to go and the most efficient (taking price into mind). I do plenty of reading and dont mind doing more. I have searched. Any help would be appreciated guys.

The best choice is whatever you decide. Know what you want, do the research, then do it.
