LS V-Tech help!!!

Yeah another noob crashing the party and posting a thread I'm sure is somewhere else but I can't find. Ok I am new to the world of Honda but upon purchasing a 1991 Integra I fell in love. I have been super busy with work lately and am just now getting time to work on this car which was "born" the same year as me and is in immaculate condition. I have done a few things to the engine but now I want to jump into the world of V-tech and basically have done a crap ton of research, but can't find anything about my exact situation. Ok so here is what I know. I have a mostly stock b18a1 with a obd0? ECU and from what I gather it's a PR4. I am interested in buying a b16 motor head for the conversion and understand that I will have to re-bore the dowel pin holes or buy conversion dowel pins, also i know i need to tap the head for oil flow(I intend to buy a conversion kit to make this more simple). I know changes must be made to my stock PR4 ECU to run V-tech<---- I have no clue what I need. I understand that this is commonly called a Frankenstein engine, I know its not the most powerful of the possible setups but it is however one of the most reliable... So anyone and everyone if I could hear any feedback on this please help and tell me how many things I missed. I hope this is clear enough for everyone thank you.

What exactly is your question? There are several ls vtec kits available, and my bwr rep just emailed me about new dowel pins for this application. Most people will run a chipped/tuned ecu on these setups.

Right I understand about the ECU I thought about buying a PR# but i also know that the PR4 doesnt have the sensors the PR3 do which makes it seem more ideal. I dont know what mods I need to make the PR4 work though so thats my main question and as far as the kit goes I am going to find the best one for my set up through research...with plugs oil line and all also withe the dowel pins I need. So I am asking about what needs to be done for the PR4 and if its logical to use and also is there any other tips I need or is it generally a bolt and go procedure?

It's not exactly bolt on in that sense. Don't use your ecu, to chip and tune you'll need to run an obd 1 ecu. Most people run a p28. You can use different programs to tune it. Let me know if you need help picking a kit, we sell a few.

I will be getting in touch with you for sure I'm trying to get everything sorted out first... Thanks for the help, I had heard a good deal about the p28, and I need to get on that as well....so I should just order a pre-modded p28 chip? (specifically tuned to my car)

Build the car first, then contact a company like phearable and they'll make a basemap for your exact setup, based on everything. I'd build it or order that las though because it depends on what you actually do setup wise
