Ls tranny grind

So me and my friends both have ls trannys in our DAs and both of our cars grind when shifting at high rpms even with the clutch fully engaged. I was wondering if this is a common problem with these transmissions

If you shifting quickly it will just do that, sometimes when you're quick shifting the main gear will not stop and when you try to go into the next gear it will not be synced and this will cause it to grind, It's the same basic idea behind clutchless shifting

Well, not really, as far as I know. I believe it's something that happens over time because we use that synchro more than the others and more aggressively, so it's the first to start wearing down.
Idk,I'm not a mechanic, just something I remember reading

Thanks guys, next paycheck il take it up to the shop and get it looked at and get the synchros replaced. how much do you think that would run me? and should i replace all of them while the trans is torn apart?
