sc61 would be fun how much power do you want

Well on stock block...maybe around 350 maybe 400.that might be too much!
So sc61...are you running this one? Where is a good place to pick that up?

350-400 will be fine. and sc61s are good turbos but i have a 60-1 wich is kinda like its equal but the Sc61, from the reasearch i have seen is better but it also cost more. thes best way to probably find one would be to look for some deals online.

im thinking about turbocharging my ls... im in the process of building my engine... i want to get as much power as possible and im going to be using nitrous also....

I know Scott has a LS-T setup that he's building up on his G2... maybe he'll come over here and comment. I know know specs on his car. lol

for LS? well i have seen 1 or 2 builds simular to yours where an LS with stock sleeves and built otherthings one made just over 4 the other lke 380ish. the one over 4 was full race setup.
the other was shorty mani with a t3/t4 i think?

go big or go home:lol: if your looking for as much power as possible build a vtec head for it and sleeve your block. Get a big T4 flange mani (topmount) and a good size turbo gt42:twisted:

well i think just about everyone i know that has an ls has done ls/vtec... i just wanna be different... im thinking about going with a full race kit... but that will be decided later... thanks for the info though....

My build hasnt really gone into full swing yet, figured I would pay off all bills before I get into it.

I just plan on running a Garrett T3 Super 60, already have a spoolin log manifold with 3" downpipe.

Im shooting for 300whp.
