I want to buy shocks and springs for my 1994 integra RS. What should I buy lowering spring or coilover? What brand should i go with? I am looking for something affordable. Do you guys recommend DropZone shocks and springs? I was looking at dropzone, tokiko, and KYG.

For me personally I am gettin some eibach springs. The pro suspension kit is only $200 just for the springs. It lowers the car about 1.5" or less depending on 2 door or 4 door but thats what i would recomend for springs. They also arent to stiff so it doesnt make daily driving a pain.

do not get dropzones, personally i prefer springs, but I plan to experiment with Skunk 2 Coilovers soon. KYGelly doesnt make struts but they excel in up and down motions so I dont know :p...

It depends on if you want to adjust the ride height.

I'd personally save up for Ground controls (with are sleeve coilovers) and then you can add an adjustable shock if you're looking for something affordable.

$280-$300 GC
$200-$500 Shocks depending on brand/condition/etc.
