Ok, I plan on lowering my '98 gsr, it is at stock height right now. What Im asking here is for you guys or gals to lead me in a good ride height for it, like how low is a good height. Really what im worried about it the wheels rubbing, and I have seen some sick rides that ride real low, but how practical is it for you? Please let me know, thanks. Oh and what kind of kit would you recommend, all opinions are welcome, thanks again.

could you give me a link to a pic of your car, that would be great, thanks!
nevermind, your car looks great, that is a good height I think, do you know the drop of the kit you got? and what brand is it, would you recommend that brand, or would you go different now that you have ridden it? also, is that the height you use for autocross? Im thinking I want to do some autocross with my car, thanks again

buy coilovers and then you can adjust the height to wherever you like. what is your budget? coilovers can go anywhere from ebay ~$50 (sleave style) to upwards of $2k for a quality full coilover.

I've heard just buying coilover sleeves will blow out your struts. Is that true?
