Low idle and boost lag after turbo install

Any suggestions out there as to why...

Got the turbo install done on my 92 integra ls. checked for leaks and everything looks fine. open downpipe. 650cc injectors with zdyne ecu.. Its idles at about 100 and when driven it lags like a mother. didnt feel healthy to take it to 2k rpm. Step on the accelerator and it almost kill it. Air/fuel was reading rich with pedal or without. oil pressure was around 80 with pedal bout 20 without, but i never got it in boost. i was thinking either my fuel pressure regulator cause it was reading 30 on my gauge, or if the guy i got the ecu from didnt pretune it correctly. any suggestions on re-tuning a zdyne ecu.

thanks guys

Sounds like your getting too much fuel in the motor. Are you tuned? Ive never heard of thay ecu.

You need to take the car to a tuner to get it tuned.

You have a BASEMAP on your ecu, which is only meant to limp your car over to a shop. Its not meant to be a fix all for your setup, as there are many variables from one motor to another.

Well i figured it would be about my tune. The guy I bought the ecu from said he preset it for me based on my 650cc injectors. I felt like he was a stand up guy but I'm not ruling it out. Too much fuel? I would imagine too little. I pulled out plug wires one at a time to see if i was only firing on 3 cylinders, but it didnt do anything different although i didnt do it at operating temperature... I will keep trying and update later. oh, when tuning can i just send in my ecu and they tune or do i have to get my car there?

thanks guys

If it's only firing on three cylinders you might need a new plug. You can foul spark plugs pretty easily like that.
Who did you buy it from? Just a random craigslist-er? Take it to a shop to get a full dyno tune on it. Probably run you $400.
