Ne one know of a good cam review thread? Or does anyone have any good suggestions with supporting evidence to show HP and Torque gains, Thank guys. Motor is a B17 btw.

Power gains are gonna vary alot because it depends on what the overall engine package is.
But check out the VTEC cams specs Sticky in the All Motor Forum for direct comparisons of different cam brand sizes.

i would look into a stage 1 cam since you have a stock motor skunk2 or blox tuner 1 or a cams.

@TegSox, Thanks thats very helpful. @ Samurai_Blue My current mods are; Ebay CAI, but AEM CAI arriving in the mail shortly, Skunk2 intake Mani, aftermarket headers, im not sure what they are, but they're banged up on the bottom so they're getting replaced soon, custom exhaust piping 2.5 and vibrant exhaust.

your only option with a stock head is , like Dylan said, stage 1 cams which wont give you much of a gain.

to use higher rated cams you would need to upgrade your valve train.

your exhaust is too big too, with that set up you might be able to be around 180whp with a stage 1 cam tuned to the max. Which makes your exhaust too big still.
