If it's cracked like that, and he said it feels like hard, smooth plastic. Chances are it's ABS plastic. I'd go with a polyurethane (flexible, less likely to crack from being hit) lip from eBay for 40 bucks.

Looks like he did a pretty good job on the lip, except the himself guy seems like a tool for thinking installing a lip is gonna get him better mpg's... Damn EcoModders

At least he doesn't have one of those riced out, ugly ass Geo's that get 60 mpg lol.

id pick it up for $15. why not? i wouldnt screw it in to the top tho. id just use double sided tape where the grill is and bolt it up fr underneath.

So drill holes under it going up and screws into it? I think I'm going to pick it up, I don't hit the front on anything BC I'm not too low and for 15 (shipping for the other) its one of those things if I like it I can upgrade to another, if I don't then not a big deal.
