Lights problem

i have a 1995 integra with a jdm front end (ITR) but the blinkers dont work. On the cluster, both blinker lights are lite but the blinkers dont work, i can try to use the blinkers but the lights wont work and the hazard light dont work either. what could be the problem? the fuse is good. how can i rewire the blinkers? pics will be upload.

is the blinker blinking fast on your gauge cluster? or normal speed?

the blinkers just stay on! they dont blink. always lite!

if the outside blinkers come on but do not blink.u have a bad flasher.

correct.. probably that flasher relay
