led turn signals

Some websites recommend a pair of load resistors for LED turn signal lights. Will it work or burn out faster if I don't get load resistors?

with out it will cause your lights to blink faster than normal
as if one of your bulbs were to be bad

The resistors will enable you to retain a similar to stock blink.

Without them, there is not enough resistance in the LEDs and they will blink fast.
