leaky headlights...ewwwwy

where do these leaks start? my friends '00 gsr's headlight is always fogged up...it never has any water in the bottom of it though...where and how do you reseal the headlight?

I think the sealed unit is just bad. Mine does the same thing on my 95 and now the 96 a have. I am just guessing though. It could be if some one used a pressure washer to clean the engine water will get pushed into the vents on the headlight unit.
