hey whts up I have koni/gc combo and had the combo for about a year and actually drove the car maybe about 2 months worth and both front shocks are already blown. I know that koni has an life time warranty and all of that but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem because if they have I think that im going to go with f&f type 2 or skunk2 pro c.

ive never had the problem and I"ve used the same set on 2 different cars now. If what you claim is true then it seems like a production error. Koni/gc combo has been around for a very long time and has become a very reputable set up. In my opinion they ride like a dream. I say contact koni before doing anything.

Also, define "blown"

Why would you get different ones? They have a lifetime warranty and the koni gc setup is the best straight up until you get into the $2-3k legit race setups.

well the passenger front is always bottomin out over every little bump and is not leaking at and the guy that did my b20vtec put the actual gc on that are meant for knoi because I was rocking the stock style that jhpusa accidentally sent me. I think the guy said that both front shocks are like that and I got in contact with knoi and they said that they have to look at the shock and still see if it is under warranty for the defect and if not it will be half of list price.

If you're starting new, look into coil overs..

ok the problems that im having with koni yellows is that it seems like the front gets lower than the back after a couple of weeks and everything is tightened up. It drops alot and I never go real firm in the front because it is my DD

I've had my Yellows on my Integra continuously since spring 2001, driven 90K miles since then, and thier still totally fine.

The drop on my car doesn't look 100% even front and back either. I'm using Eibach Pro Kit springs. I've never worried about it.
