Koni Yellow/GC combo question.

So... with a quick craigslist search, I found my dream setup for my DC4. 650, prolly shipped to my front door. BNIB!

Only problem... its for a 97 civic coupe. Ive read all the h-t forums, google searched every possibility. What I've found is that the fronts will match up perfectly. The rears are still a little foggy for me. I guess the rear civic fork is skinnier?

Also, is the spring rates are a little different. Im guessing the setup is just a basic spring rate. I know the spring rate is softer due to the civic being lighter, but is it really going to be a noticeable difference if its just a DD?

The part numbers are different on koni websites but the same on tokico websites. Whats the deal with the sleeves and struts differences between the ek coupe and dc?

Ahh im soo lost!

What are your thoughts?

ALL Ground control springs are 320/250 or something its like a 6/4k set up i think jyou can modify the rear shock to fit

actually has an FB6 now.
i'm no pro and have no experience on the combos, but a majority of EK suspension setups fit DC's just using a few washers.

i could be wrong.

Isn't it the eg models that fits dc?

Dylan, I think ground control springs come in different rates as they are "customizable." I know mine is 350f/300r I believe. Wish I would have gone with a stiffer rate though
