Keyless entry question

Hi folks. I just got an '01 Integra GSR. The previous owner had a Clifford alarm installed. She didn't have the factory key fob and I don't plan on ever using the alarm.

My question is: did all Integras come with factory keyless entry? If I buy a key fob off eBay, it should work with my car, should it not?

Thanks for the help!:)

No. Not that easily anyways. Probly would have to go to dealership. Why dont u just use the alarm since it will have the keyless entry feature plus more. You do drive a honda ya know........

Thanks for the quick reply. However, I know that the remote has to be programmed, I just wanted to know if all Integras came with keyless. I don't want to use the Clifford or any alarm for that matter as I feel that they are pretty useless. Cant remember the last time I went running to see if someone was trying to break into a car as the alarm was sounding lol. Besides, the Clifford fob is ugly as hell haha.

If I can't use the factory fob, I'll just use my keys.8)

A while back, i remember seeing a thread that showed, if you have a stock alarm/ keyless, there should be a box under the driver seat.

No box under my seat so I guess that means I'm s.o.l. Oh well, guess I'll be unlocking them the old fashioned way.:(
