here is my ride. ive only had it for a couple months. all ready buying parts for it. Im doing mainly appearance right now. I want it to look really nice. i wanna turn heads when cruising in other words. one of the big thing was all ready done to the car when i got it. it is SLAMMED. sitting on Ksport adjustable coilovers. also not the stock motor for a DA. it's a swapped B18b1. i know i want to do suspension work soon. not sure what i want to do to the engine. im thinking built Vtech head, OR a J-swap. not sure how well i could do a swap on a daily driver though :( but what i plan on doing in the very near future is body work, paint, and rims. not sure what rims though. i like 5 and 8 spoke. BUT the barreled steelies from diamond racing also keep catching my eye. not sure how many DAs are running on those haha. paint wise; i am thinking of going flat black for now. maybe gloss black? or Honda red. dont know yet. here are some pics. will post new ones soon. just did some little things to it today. (spoon mirrors, rear sun visor, rear wiper delete.)

Also i would much appreciate any advice on what would look good on my car.

TL;DR
tell me what i should do to my car.

Gloss black + J Swap = Sex. ;)

We can give you our opinions, but you shouldn't do exactly what we say. Go for what you like bud. That is all that should matter.

Good looking car man.

i just like to hear different opinions.
and i keep wondering on the J swap on how well they fit in DAs.
If i can do it, without cutting a whole in the hood. that would just look ugly to me.

Run hoodless? That's always cool! Haha, I would totally custom fab a hood, or run without one- if I had a j-swap.

It looks like a great start DA. Almost the exact same start I had with mine, right down to that gay pin stripe.
I also put my B18B in though and I started black.

As far as what looks good, start checking picture threads here. Great way to see what your finished car will look like without buying all the s*** first.

Did that pin stripe come as a factory option? Couldn't figure out why someone would pay someone to do that and that shit bugged me for YEARS!!! lmao

Quetion too. When you get your car painted, what do you plan to do with the mouldings? That close up pic of the DOHC one looks alright, but the rear bumper moulding looks dead. Can't tell too much about the rest. Speaking from experience, I'd say it's imperative to figure that out before hand to make your car look absolutely great while not having to pay for crap and take time to do stuff twice.

yeah im pretty sure that the white stripe is factory paint. and i dont like it either. im thinking about taking off the moldings when i go to paint it, then save up for the "thin side moldings" that i have seen on password:JDM. i need to fix my driver side door, and the little rust spot. And the close up pic of the DOHC is photoshopped so that is probably why it looks better haha.

if your worried about clearance you can always use hood spacers. they look cool and will be functional for you. DA pimphand is strong...

but you were better off with the stock motor. the B18A1 has the strongest block of all the B series motors. im keeping mine, turbo it then do LS/v-t

Keep It Clean
nicee!
what i would do> One piece headlights, rear wiper delete, 90-91 tail lights, repaint original color, shaved door moldings, better wheel/tire package, Yank out all the interior clean piece by piece and put back in..
