has anyone had experience with them? I ordered a part from them cause they said if I ordered it last week it would come in this week.. As i find no part this week I email them and they sent me a link for the usps saying they received electronic notification today of my part being shipped.. So instead of getting my part a week after i pay for it they ship it out a week after I pay for it..
Also they were very quick to answer any questions I had prior to buying it and now asking where is it all they do is send a usps link
Very upset at this point

If they sent you a usps tracking link, use it and find out the status of the part.
It mainly would depend on how big the part is and where it is comming from... Always plan on getting parts once ordered anywhere that it could take up to 2 weeks min as slow as things go in this world!!! G/l and check it out.
I need some more info in terms of part and location....I can figure it out roughly. without your tracking #. For some reason im good with that stuff.

also depending on which date you ordered them on. Say you ordered it on a Friday it mostly wont be out until the following Monday.

I ordered a front lip on thursday coming from cali going to chicago.. They told me on thirsty when I bought it that I would be getting it in a week.. But now there telling me that it just got shipped today

these places mess up at times and forget, or just dont really have it in stock. If you called and they said it went out today.... you should get it monday or tues. if its usps.

I'm just disappointed cause they said I would get it this week and they ended up shipping it this week

So after 2 weeks with no response they finally emailed back with were on back order for 3-4 weeks
My opinion jdmsh!t is a very poor company their customer service sucks and will just tell you what you want to hear to make a sale.. They told me it was in stock and I would get it in a week then 2 weeks later after several emails they told me there out i did get as full refund
I recommend stay away from them I will never do business with them again

this place is well known on honda-tech to be a hit or miss place. you will be lucky to get a lip that fits your car.
