JDM tow hooks install

i bought some jdm toe hooks for the da. the rear gos on with no problem but the front i have no clue where it is suppose to bolt to. any body have an idea, our am im suppose to just drill some holes and make my own mount

Second gens dont have a lower tow hook with three bolts like the third gens do?

thats what my buddy had to do to his 97 civic hatch. just wanted to make sure before i drilled. this thing is going to go on either way. thanks again guys for the help

yea get a grinder and cut a square in the front of the reinforcement (makes it easy to tighten bolts) and then drill the holes in the bottom of the reinforcement

thats like saying whats the point of an exhaust and cold air and any other mod or performance part if you dont take it to the track. but just because some one doesnt race doesnt mean they cant have tow hooks. were lowered and they look good why not
