JDM ITR headlight wiring.

So i've been doing alot of lurking and I just cant seem to find a straight forward answer. How exactly does the jumper harness work? Does it make all the lights work? As of right now, only my low beams work, and 1 turn signal, there is no sign of a jumper harness due to the brown plug being open. What exactly do I need to get my headlights working? (Highs, Lows, Fogs, Citys, Turn signals, and Side markers)

Thanks in advance.

Harness Wiring ------------------------------ Car Wiring
White ------------------------------ Low Beam (+)
Red ------------------------------ High Beam (+)
Black ------------------------------ Headlight Ground (-) {Connect the 2 Ground wires - 1 went to the High Beam plug and 1 went to the Low beam plug}
Blue ------------------------------ Fog Light (+) {Connect using OEM Fog Light wiring, If you do not have it Contact a shop for a how to on wiring or Search HT}
Green ------------------------------ Parking/City Light (+) {Connect to the Parking (+) wire that is connected to the USDM Turn signal socket that Was in the Bumper Lense on the US Front. (Has 3 wires - 1 is a Ground (-), 1 is a (+) for Turn Signal, and 1 is a (+) for parking Light.}
{It should be a Red wire with Black Stripe, test First with Volt meter}

As far as the Headlights depending on if its HID or NoN HID you will either have a 5 pin plug or a 4 pin plug on your headlight (Brown Connector) Look in behind the connector and you can see the color of the wires in it.
Black is Ground
Green is City Light (Parking Light)
Pink is (+) For High Beam
Blue is Fog Lights - To wire up the Fog Lights Please View this Thread http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=105247
If you have the OEM HID then theres a 5th plug that has a white wire - Low Beam (+) If you Have NoN HID then you just use the original connector and 9006 bulb in the housing.

The lights inside with the High beams and Sidemarkers (on fenders) should be on with the parking lights, Shouldnt flash. The Turn signals (outermost lights on the headlights will flash when turn signal or hazards are on.

on the USDM Turn signal there is a small bulb (168) with 2 wires and a Large bulb (1157) with 3 wires
Take the small one with 2 wires and extend that to the Side marker on each fender Plug it in and thats done.
Take the Large one with 3 wires
(1 wire is Ground, 1 is Parking light (+), and 1 is Turn Signal (Flash) (+))
The color of the Parking light wire on the 3 wire bulb is the same color wire that is on the 2 wire bulb, Cut that wire off of the 3 bulb connector so that it now only has 2 wires (A Ground and a Turn Signal (+))
Take the wire you cut (Parking signal) and run that to the City Light (Green wire) on the Headlights Brown connector.
Take the Large Bulb that now has 2 wires going to it and trim the "keys" a bit to make it fit into the JDM Turn Signals on the Headlights.

Thanks! Ive seen this before. But my main thing is, is the jumper harness a necessity? Or can you just wire them through?

are you talking about the harness that plugs in? if you dont have it, just use some female connectors.
