this is a really stupid question and i should know it lol but is it the front bumper that is sheet metal in the jdm conversion??

I dont think front bumpers are ever metal, with most cars post 1970? The metal peices are going to be the hood and fenders.

thanks, i knew it was a stupid question lol yer it is my jdm teg in the pic i was just wondering cos i keep seeing on the net about fake jdm fronts and i was wondering if it was the front bumper but i have metal hood and fenders so should be all good lol thnks

the "fake" ones are made out of fiberglass.
