jackson racing liquid intercooler, any one have one, used one, read about it, anything. ive got an 01 us ITR with a basic supercharger kit 5.5lb and its been tuned by jeff evans in PA, i talked to him about going to 11lbs and he said i would have to get an intercooler. he pointed me towered LHT performance but its $1250 and jackson racings is 600 so i was wondering if anyone had used one and seen decent gains or new an average temp drop? or any other brands that make one

My buddies looking at getting one on his RSX. He's running a 11lbs pully on a jrsc setup. I heard that they are definatly worth it.

any intercooler is better than none. i would say it depends on how you drive the car. if you autox it or ever go extended periods of time at high boost/WOT then spend the extra money on the lht. if its more an occasional throttle punch the jackson racing should do the job!

LHT looks better IMO, its worth the extra money.

that's a great question. you should consider asking the JRSC guys on H-T. Although some may not like H-T, there is a lot of good information.

Look for the thread, "What JRSC Setup are you running?" All the guys are pretty cool and I'm sure more than willing to answer your questions.
