ITR: How to put on lower timing belt cover?

Hey guys. My ITR is missing the lower timing belt cover. I already have one and I need to put it on. It's a 2000. Can anyone give me step by step directions and tell me the tools I will need??

Take off the crank pulley via the tool and 19mm socket. Then bolt the cover on with the 3 bolts and put the crank pulley back on.
