itr fitment on a ls

im thinking of getting a itr header on a ls i was wondering if there is any fitment issues with the itr header i heard there fitment issues on the gsr. but i dont know on the ls

I have an LS motor with a full ITR exhaust including header.

I believe the ITR header was a little shorter when it got to the collector. To save yourself the hassle just get the full exhaust. You can bolt it right up in your garage. No welding required.
