as the title states. where would be the cheapest place to buy a complete itr 5 lugs w/ axles + 16" JDM ITR rims. a buddy of mine is looking for it and he keeps referring to passwordjdm.com. and i told him he's getting ripped off. someone help me out. asap because he has cash in hand and keeps bugging me about it.

i found him one for 1700shipped but he wants the JDM 16's and not many people have them laying around their house.
