Not really dude u would have to do MAJOR fabrication, I think u could use the ones from the 88-91 civic but not the years u are asking
U would be better off selling them

You will need the drop forks from an EG Civic/DC Integra and you will need to grind down the back arms of the drop forks to make sure that the don't rub the cv when the steering wheel is turned all the way.
You can do it with adjustable coilovers because the height adjustment allows you to compensate for them not being the right part. I wouldn't do it with that set up you have there though. You'll be 4x4'ing in the front and dumped in the rear.
