is it worth it??

alright so i was talkin to my friend today and he told me one of his buddies had a precision sc61 turbo and 1000cc injectors for sale and all he wants its 500$ do u think this is worth it? im tryin to get all my parts and everything together to start my build on my b18c motor, and i was wonderin if this turbo and injectors is worth the 500$ i did some research on the turbo brand new its 850$-900$ well let me know

thats a pretty good deal if its used. usually on stuff like that the price decreases A LOT when its used

seems too cheap if you ask me, i would make sure the turbo is in good condition, no seals blown, no shaft play, bent blades, etc etc

idk what kinda of injectors yet ima ask the guy this weekend if i can check the stuff out, the turbo came off a SI civic ima see if its good or not and i aint even sure the injectors would work on my b18c if they were meant for a SI civic??

injectors will fit. just make sure u get the tuning management to control those injectors. If you do decide to go ahead with it, but those are really big if your planning on staying low boost on a stock motor.

see if he used the lil RC injector clip conversion harness or if he switched to OBD1 clips off of a OBD1 harness. Either way, they will work on your motor.

ohh if i boost it definently aint stayin stock internals my motto is go big or go home!!! im doin a complete rebuild from bottom to top, forged internals, possibly stroker crank... ive heard good things and bad bout that not sure if i want to buy it or not, either stage 2 or 3 racing cames, all the goodies for my little teg so i can stomp on some "american muscle cars" lol
