so 97's dont? im getting ready to buy an alarm and i was wondering if it did or not

The Integra's with a transponder system have a little chip in the head of the key that sends a resistance value to a device that wraps around the ignition cylinder. The device reads the resistance and makes sure it matches to what it's suppose to be, and then it lets the car start. I have some experience with various types of transponder system in all kinds of different cars from my remote start installation days. Because, of course, the system needs to be temporarily bypassed so that the car will start without a key.

Honstly ..u can never be safe..if they really want ur car that bad ..they ganna find a way to get it...al that alarm and shit make it harder for them but if they really want it that bad..its gone..id go with Boomarang alarm ..thats what i got..it like 20 buks a month but its allways monitored...but still u never sure

im getting a black widow alarm, the main reason i got it is for keyless entry and remote start

A fuel kill switch is a good layer of protection, hood recolation is also good, a good pager alarm is good, have an installer put the main box elswhere other thant under the dash of steering wheel, but like menitoned before a tow truck is a best thief friend but there also various tracking alarms(systems) available which im going to be getting...i just hate fucking thieves....

a good professional theif knows what to look for, there are ppl that do this for a living, and even the best 800 dollar alarms wont stop them. unless your car is truly high profile, dont worry about it, they wont take ur car unless it has alot of items that can be sold off of it. also before 80% of most cars are stolen, they know whats in your car, how ur cars alarm is activated, what brand it is, they look for these things, they know if ur car is sensitive to pressure or not, motion sensing, ect ect.
a good alarm system and neighborhood will stop most amatuer theifs from taking your car.
professionals will tow the car off as if u had a parking violation, or hit it up when u least expect it.
i mean seriously, when u see an alarm go off or hear one, whats ur first reaction

Its true if a Booster wants your car he will have it!! you want some tips, park in a lighted area, under a street light or something, and booster hate that damn pager alarm, its a bitch, kill switches are a good ideal but BUT a good booster know all the good hiding spots and will find your kill switch, ,,,some said something about a hood recolator, that ok, its actally a great ideal,
Guys i'm sorry if you don't like me no more but this was my pass, and I know I was supit and young, forgive me please, I took my wisdom of cars and used it wrong, now I'm a lot more grown up and just love the sport of racing and the curture of imports,
