Is it called a timing belt tensioner or tensioner?

The tensioner on my integra is bad and when i search for parts it just looks like this. Is this all that comes with it?

you might want to call cause there is a spring that hooks to it as well. but yeah thats the part that you need.

The timing belt tensioner makes sure that your timing belt works properly. Without it your vehicle's timing belt wont be able to move at a consistent pace.
