is '89 teg a hydraulic clutch or a cable clutch

trying to change my clutch but not sure if whether it is hydraulic or cable matters.

It's cable operated, but it shouldn't matter. All hydraulic/cable means is just what moves the clutch fork and engages/disengages the throwout bearing.

Just get a clutch that is specified for your car/engine.
