I am at a stand still. this teg is clean as hell, but, is it really worth it? there is a small amount of rusts on the rear quarters, it has just been spray painted over. It's a 93 and its only had 2 owners. Thanks for the help!!
the guy started to seem really shady as far as how he did the b20 swap and he didnt seem too motivated to meet with me to do the sale. i also have taken a liking to the generation. i cant find any g3's out here that arent all riced out. im in rockville md.
wow i donno where you found such a good deal i paid 4k for mine with 74k on the odometer. in about the same shape. every teg here is kind of expensive and in bad shape. id pay 2,600 for it
ya clean title. the guy accidentally signed to buyers spot on the title but he said its a quick fix and the mva. i hope so. its got just about 166,ooo miles on it.
he was originally asking 3100. i talked him down to 2600. its a tough choice. the car fax came back accurate to what he said. the last owner was a 56yo guy. the guy im buying it from hasnt even put it in his name yet. it had a change of owner in 93(when it was first purchased) and in 96.
i payed 2600 for mine, im the third owner and it had 180,000 on the odometer. however it had a new paint job and was super clean. this looks really clean too. id prob offer this guy 2300 but if you really want it, pay 2600.
its really nice. maybe someone can clarify, is it true that the g2's are lighter than the g3's? i am in a huge toss up right now as to whether i should get this g2 or continue looking for a g3. thanks for all the input guys.
i'd like to turbo at some point. for now i just want to lower it and get some rota slips. i'd also like to get an aem intake for it as well. i do wish it was vtec tho
