Intermittent starting 1991

So I had thought it might've had something to do with the cold but it looks like I was wrong.
I've replaced most fuses, fuel pump, dist cap+ rotor, spark plugs & wires, and main relay.
It won't start for days on end then suddenly start and run great for a few days.
When I parked the car last time, I started it a few more times to make sure it was in working order and it was great. The next day it won't start and has no spark(at the plugs, i don't know how to check for spark further back) once again. I'm not very car savy so everything i've done has been with the help of youtube or mechanic friends, I don't know where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

Youve left out details such as whether it cranks or not when you have trouble starting. Starting the car is a process and specifics to what is and isnt happening can point to different things. Have you considered that the starter is on its way out?

Looking for my next Teg..
what ^^^ said... also check all your grounds they can cause this issue.
Negative battery clamp should be good and tight... a worn out clamp can cause this.

if you are able to rule all of those out you may have a failing distributor.
