integra v. eclipse

i have a 94 integra ls with aem v2 intake dc header catback plugs and wires and my friend has a 97 eclipse ( non turbo ) with apex n1 turbo exhaust and a jerry rigged intake who will win in the quarter mile (both cars are 5 speeds)

your LS will take him. His mods aren't enough to make up for your mods, plus that eclipse is way heavier.....you'll lose if you can't get in your gears, so drive good!

I never raced an eclipse, but I teabagged some neons. Pretty sure they have the same motor.

i had a nt eclipse 95 and it was slow as fuck your teg will blow him out besides your teg has 1 more hp(not likes it makes a differance ) and is alot lighter.. i hated my eclipse it was a piece of shit all in 6 months the head gasket went waterpump and the belts went out on my twice when i was beating on it so the pulleys had to be changed the car did look good though and i like the way the interior felt the stick location and all but mechanically it was garbage the horn didnt work defrosters didnt work it needed shocks and yea i know this is realy off topic but im still pissed lol.....i always wondered y i got that car so cheep

you'll beat him....eclipse's are slow except for the gst and gsx....a friend of mine has a 400+ hp gsx that thing is nuts....but yet i always see it in the garage up on the jack stands :roll:
