Integra trade

I didn't know where else to ask this but I have a perfect 02 cavalier ls coupe with 102xxx miles and tint/kicker audio and was looking to get an integra and someone is willing to trade me a 92 gsr with 224xxx miles on it with a "rebuild engine", lowering kit and cold air. No rust that I could see and looked to be in pretty good shape. Should I trade or should I look elswhere? The miles is what scared me. And please don't hate on my cavalier. Its been a good reliable car for me.

Keep the chevy. If the owner of the integra cheaped out on the paint job and an ebay intake, I certainly wouldn't trust the rebuilt engine...
