Integra Thule roof rack?????

Ok here goes. i have a 98 integra with a Thule 409 roof rack setup. the problem is that you cant open the sunroof all the way you can only pop it. I also have a Thule 400xt foot kit and load bars from my accord. The Thule 409 kit is specific to the integra for some reason. I was wondering if anyone tried to make the 400xt kit work on a integra. Or used different feet from Thule so that the sun roof can open. Cause it was ok in the winter that my sun roof didn't open but now its getting warmer and i hate not being to open my sun roof. I hope this makes sence to some one cause i did a search on google and here and didn't find any info anywhere

I think you should just not use a roof rack on the Integra. It adds weight in the worst possible spot performance-wise.
