Can i use parts from integra 1992 to 1990. I have a huge dent on the pasenger door is there a way where i can use the door from 1992 integr??? also other exterior and interior parts from 92 to 90????

As long as you're using a hatchback door on a hatchback or a sedan door on a sedan, yes it will work.

almost all 90-93 integra 2dr parts are interchangable.
