Integra dies at stop/accel

okay, so i am new on here, as many of you will notice. i am new to this whole car thing, i have never been a big car fan until i bought this integra about two years ago.
here is the story for right now;

1990 GS b18a1 AT, nothing special at all.

I recently just got my beautiful car running again after about a year of sitting in the backyard. I started driving it around, and one day it just, died on me in the middle of a busy BUSY intersection. I towed it to my mech, had the IACV replaced with a brand new one. got it back the other day, started driving it home, and it started to bog out on me again on another intersection. i got the trick to keep it running, and got it home. Now i realized, it happened at Warm operation temp when i am coming to a stop. During the warm up, it is just fine, warming up at 1500 RPM so the Fast idle is fine, i believe. it will sputter and then die at stop, it will sputter, jump from 800-100-600-0 RPM, or when i start to accel, it will sputter, jump from 800-100-600-0 RPM. IACV is BRAND NEW, apparently i bought the LAST one honda had for DA... paid a pretty freaking penny too... but, i need help with this. may i remind you, i am new to this game, and i have not caught on to all the Accronyms you guys use yet, so if yall just spell out the word once for me, i will catch on. Thank you for all the support!

haha, yeah, thanks by the way :)
&& yeah, i thought it was the IACV at first too, thats why i got it, but turned out i just eliminated another possible problem that was down the road.
&& i have noticed for checking for vacuum leaks, people are using carb cleaner? correct?

For small leaks, yes...but I would look first for any unhooked lines, or incorrectly routed....
