Integra clicking noise

So i got this 94 integra 4 door gsr with a b18c1 V-Tec ..... But lately its been making a ticking noise.... at first i thought it was a rod becasue thats what happened to my hatch.... but it drives the same jus dosnt accelerate correct.... ive been told it was the lifters so i got a full oil change kit im going to do tamorrow but i wanted to get some thoughts on wat people think it is

yup. a valve adjustment will correct that if its a minor ticking sound in the valve cover

That is a helpful guide on how to adjust your valve lash.

And if you have BOSCHE Platinum spark plugs I'd suggest tossing those out. :thumbs up
