installing foglights

i have a OEM fog light kit for a 94-00 integra, i have the 2000 front end and i want to know if you have to cut slots out of the black plastic part and where to bolt. Or if anyones knows a place that will do it around philly area let me know.

are the lights for a 94-97 or 98-01? the lights made for the 94-97 are not the same as the 98-01 and therefore the 94-97 lights will not fit on the 98-01 bumper and the 98-01 lights will not fit on the 94-97 bumper

Yea you have to cut the plastic part it should of came with some paper templetes so you know where to cut
